While still attending Butler University, Deb cut her teeth on television production working for both the local NBC and CBS affiliates on documentary and news features. That was followed by a move to New York that brought her in contact with modeling and television production and lifelong bonds were forged with her mentors at the Today Show and NBC.
Deb’s career has spanned the US from New York City to Los Angeles. First as production coordinator at The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, followed by leading the guest/talent booking for The Mike Douglas Show on the East coast, and then on to producing sports and entertainment specials in Los Angeles. Deb has been responsible for appearances by such iconic names as John Lennon, Bette Midler, Charlton Heston, Bob Hope … a list that includes 100’s of major performers, politicians and authors. Coming back to Indy she enjoyed the challenge of leading Dance Kaleidoscope as it Executive Director in the early 90’s. In 1992, Deb joined forces with her now husband Michael to form Forte’, a woman-owned business. Thriving on a love of detail, Forte’ provides all aspects of meeting management, production, live direction, and event logistics to their family of clients, both nationally and internationally. Deb is a mother of three and grandmom to eight and loves every second of life.
